This is an old, but a unique quarters that feels a tad out of date, I did make Fixture count review a few days ago, but this isn't about that.
1, The quarters is missing a trash barrel
2, There are a number of fake chairs that are not useable, mainly the two by the bar
3, It's not a rest area
4, In my experience most quarters that have a portal, they have it behind a door
5, It a odd one... but it is a cove, I think it would be real neat if it was made into a fishing area with a fishing spot
