Lesser dispels on allied Summons

Not completely sure, but from post dated 2025.02.25,
"From Ice
###Dispels
Code: Select all
Fixed a bug that caused summoned creatures to be considered hostile to their party/master. They should now consistently behave as always allied for the purposes of dispelling."
I would guess a caster isn't supposed to dispel the buffs on his own summons. Just let me know if I got it wrong
I observed Lesser Dispels cast by my caster were dispelling the buffs from the runic sequencers on his summons.
Steps to reproduce:
Summon a creature, give it a buff from runic sequencer (the druidic one is easy to spot as it buffs abilities), then cast "lesser dispel" close to the summon.
Expected result:
Summon still shows green buffed abilities when checked.
Actual result:
Summon was stripped from his buffs.
Specifics: playing on laptop, observed on many servers, playing an elementalist.
Thanks!

Why do you haunt me?
I'll take a look.

Nope.
I cannot replicate this. Casting lesser dispel on or nearby a summoned creature does not strip nor attempt to strip any beneficial effect.

Apologies.
Really thought I'd seen it several times and yet I wasn't able to reproduce it myself either afetr reading your answer.
I guess I was misled by Npc's dispels. They even manage in a weird way to put all attributes to 8 (white text, not even red) on a lvl 9 spirit lol (well, probably not their dispel but absolutely no idea what. Perhaps it's simply the place where it happens that is crooked)
Thanks for taking the time, I'll try to be even more thorough than usual next time

I'll close this one. Feel free to remake the thread if you nail down the issue.
