Divine lesser spell mantle scroll is arcane

The scribed lesser spell mantle by a cleric with magic domain have arcane classes (+ shaman) but no divine classes that can use it.

How to reproduce:
1 create cleric with magic domain.

1. scribe scroll of lesser spell mantle.

Expected result:
Scribed scroll of LSM is of divine type rather than arcane. Without lore its useless for the scriber.

Actual result:
Scribed scroll can be used by divine class.
