Re-add Skal Pyre

Prior to the update to the Skaljard Village, there was a clickable Pyre of sorts just where the Southern Gate is, that acted as a trash-can. I enjoyed the use of this for particular funerary roleplay along with cleaning up the usual corpse mess by the altar. This, as far as I can see, was removed in the update, and I think it'd be nice to have this re-added for that purpose.
