Scorching Ray count as AoE [Burning Discount Charge]

Because of the Elementalist's new mechanics, which give a cost discount when you haven’t cast an AoE spell for a while, the Fire Elementalist’s Scorching Ray still uses up that discount charge even though it’s a free spell for that path.
