Cordor, Cultural District, Estate.

The issue: In the biggest Noble Estate in Cordors Cultural District by the portal. (Currently named: Halruaan House of Magic) two un-moveable couches sit opposite of each other, yet they are not aligned. https://imgur.com/a/iNt2QTk
In the same estate, where the indoor garden is, the floor sometimes clips in and out depending on what angle you view it from

Not the biggest issue, but it's really noticeable to me, and I'd rather not just leave it without letting someone know.
