Pink Skleen recipe outputs Orange Skleens

Skleen (Pink) is now Skleen (Orange), I'm presuming.
With that in mind, there are multiple areas this has not yet been updated. Including:
The in-game dialog with the alchemy table.
The in-game, in-progress item produced from the crafting recipe.
The Astrolabe Crafting recipe.
Specifically the problem is the old labelling: the Skleen (Pink) recipe produces Skleen (Orange), I'm assuming this is intended though.
