have newest reports be displayed at the top by default

currently only tickets have this function where the newest / most recent ticket made is at the top of the list, whereas the oldest is at the bottom. this is done through the ticket number.
reports is organised in a way that is not this and i kind of can't tell what it's defaulting too. it's not when it was created, and it's not by report number.
not world ending but a minor annoyance having to double click the report number button in order to get them displayed the same as tickets. then watching it reset as i click off of it. repeat at nauseam.
