Increase Fisherman Wader Value

Fisherman's Waders are currently valued at 1g. This means they cannot be god saved when crafting.
Having just lost 3 different kinds of hooks, a flask of oil, and 4 leathers, despite fully preparing myself for crafting, I find this to be disappointing.
The value needs to be just high enough to trigger god saves, considering the DC is 30.
