Cordor Shop - Unable to View Sales Log as Trade Minister

All shop signs in Cordor seem to be working, except one near the Expedition Guild, the one closest to the almshouse. Currently named Flame and Fury - Wands. That particular sign shows no sales log or release shop option for trade minister position.
