Is there any way to reduce the number of available quarters, and then resize them to be 1x2, 2x2, and 2x3 instead?
Right now, the majority of quarters in the Tower are 1x1 broom closets. There is one 2x3, two 1x2s, the quarter in the Menagerie (which I've never seen the inside of), and the quarter in the Hall of Candor (which I've never seen the inside of, but previously was a guildhall and still is tagged as one on its sign, so presumably is well-sized), and there might be one in the Hall of Alteration that's 2x3 or 3x3 (wouldn't know, haven't been inside). Everything else is 1x1. They're extremely unsatisfying, undesirable, and empty.
If the tradeoff to have better quarters is to reduce the number of quarters, I think that's very fair.
