Make Inflict Wounds & other negative energy damage spells potion-/wandable

Very simple idea: make it possible to create Inflict Wounds Potions & Wands, and maybe some other negative energy spells like negative energy burst.
WHY?
Very niche applications, basically, but it would be an awesome addition if it's not too much effort for little benefit.
