Wizard Shadowmage and Darkness spell duration

On the Shadow Mage wiki page it is explicitly said that Darkness and shadow spells are not affected by the -6 DC and CL to Evocation spells.
My level 5 wizard with Shadowmage path casts a Darkness spell from her book.
It should last 5 rounds. It lasts 1 round.
Seems like a bug.
