Focus Bar broken

When typing -fb or -focus_bar it now comes up like this:
I can't move it or expand it and it won't disable either.

I can't move it or expand it and it won't disable either.
It's been bugging for some time when I been playing elementalist, I found workaround - there is a command (I think it's "-nui helper") where you can open window and set up what width and height of window you wish to have - this way you can fix it.
