Intimidate VFX Does Not Show on Bullywugs

Succeeding an intimidate check on a bullywug does not give the ghostly-appearing VFX over their heads like other mobs.
Specifically tested on the bullywugs in ud_bullywuglair2 and its surrounding maps.
Size of bullywug model did not matter.
