Toolbar isn't repositioning for me

Description
With -tb, I have a horizontal toolbar, that isn't repositioning properly with "Enable/Disable toolbar repositioning".

When I check the box, I can move the toolbar.
When I uncheck the box, it returns to it's original position, instead of remaining at the new one.

This happened recently an older character of mine, but just now also on a few days old character.

How to reproduce
Open the toolbar options window (with -tb)

Make a new horizontal toolbar

Check "Enable/Disable toolbar repositioning" and move the horizontal toolbar

Uncheck "Enable/Disable toolbar repositioning" - here the toolbar is supposed to remain in place, but for me, it
returns to where it was, before I moved it.

Notes
I don't think this occurs 100% of the time, when messing around with the panel and moving it many times, I am sometimes able to move it once, but I assume the bug is frequent enough, that it is easy to reproduce.

Just now, I removed the horizontal toolbar (with minus), made a new horizontal toolbar (with plus) and moved it succesfully. If the bug isn't immediately reproducible, repeating this sequence a few times might show it:

1: Remove the horizontal toolbar
2: Add a horizontal toolbar
3: Move the toolbar

Happened on
Underdark server
Windows 11 pc

Did you abide by the disclaimer when you enable moving them?

You need to move them, count to 5, then lock them. The server needs to read they for moved from the client. Please try this, then update this post.

No I did not abide by the disclaimer, but I see it now.
That is probably it then, thank you.
If not I'll post again, but it seems a good explanation, if waiting a little would solve it :).
