Cannot see spoken text in Brog halls near Speedy messenger

The issue: When speaking or whispering in the Brogendenstein halls near the SPeedy Messenger. You cannot see your own speech.
Area: Brogendenstein in the area by Speedy Messenger
What I expected to happen:
Talk to Speedy
See what I am saying or whispering
What actually happened:
Talk to Speedy
Cannot see my own whispers or talking
Speedy hears it and sends correct message
