Guild House System!

This idea got from facts known to all of us, one is that everyone who ever rped faction wanted to have guild house as its the mirror of your faction rp activity but in most case they are either captured by one player who sits on it or in hands of players who use it as storage-what i think its quite boring.

So I am to suggest system where Guild House promotes RP actually conflict that would bring more life to actually fact of owning the GH and be reward for faction RP. So I suggest to make it contested with next measures:

1. Purchase of Guild House: You buy and system asks you to what faction to make it dedicate (like deity system of the Temples)

2. To hold it at least 3 persons(to simulate faction) from faction (given rank of "Captain" must touch it once per week or it gets "released"

3. Positioning of ownership boards inside the Guild House with one outside just representing the name. WHY? Will explain in other sentance.

4. Simulation on attack and capture of Guild Halls as contested areas: there are two ideas, one is if most of your members die in PVP during one week (2 out of 3 persons who are Captains), for few hours Guild House is automatic released-what means other faction can enter and take it if they fail to do so its returned to previous owner. This also gives good role for those RPing assassins but also informants to find out who members of factions are.

5. Capture of Guild Halls by resources: if another faction gathers resources in huge amount they can get Guild House released to NPC, but other side is also noted of this like "Guild Hall is contested by ......faction" and have one game year to gather more than others. Shadows again can be spies in other factions and find out how much each bid. If there would system that allows one to claim resources in form of the "caravan" to place it on lands to rise population or to get to certain GH it would also open path for "raiders" to show up and capture those making them to either sell them later or bid for GH of their own. Also opens path for mercs to be hired to escort resource caravans.

6. Holders of Guildhouse can also act that house is released-keep their doors opened for others to get in as they must see the "board" inside to buy it(their shadow can share that false news), than jump upon them and capture or have RP.

7.Guards: GH owners can invest coins in guards inside the estate like we invest coins in locks, so if you are not around and your last faction "Captain" gets removed or resources outmatch yours at year end you will still have someone to defend your GH when attackers come.

I know there is bit of PVP side in this and I agree with DEVs that PVP shouldnt be primary way to resolve conflict on Arelith or anything related to system thats why i would like to see that "attack by resource" aspect too as factions than would need support from settlements(more RP), what also puts all that piled up resource in settlements in use, but also in danger Councilors (more RP) to be left out of certain materials and possible bankrupt, or to answer citizens to who and what purpose are resources given/put on sale. I see many chain-reactions if we would make GH contested areas and lots of RP generated from it that can go in many positive directions we might not even predict, not to mention stops tells comments that someone is sitting on the GH for years doing nothing if you think they sit. Now you have chance to change it-and thats RP that would be very wide in order to achive the goal or to keep your GH.

I know this is waaay to much :D ,and i dont expect to be accepted but i hope at least one feature of what is offered inspire our worthy DEVs to make something what is challenge for us players but also them and make Arelith even more unique place in world of gaming. :)
