3.5v Bull's, Cat's, Endurance, Owl's, Fox's and Eagle's

I would suggest making these line of spells act as in D&D 3.5, where they give a fixed 4.
The randomness factor makes them way more reliable on infinite casters.
Empower spell would work as normal (it increases numeric variables by 50%).
Maximize could swap the script to the Greater versions, that already exists in NWN but isn't tied to any Spell List. It's a 6th Circle spell.
