Thowing Weapons - Retreival

Since bundle-able throwing weapons suggestions have been rejected twice, and making them lighter has been rejected once, I've got a third idea to make throwing weapons more viable.
Since they still are a pain to make in any quantity, what about a retrieval script? Any thrown weapon that strikes a PVE target is added to that target's inventory in stackable fashion. (They are, after all, inherently more durable than arrows.)
This would make them a little more viable, thus attractive to use. I would recommend they stack in the vanilla form (ie. stripped of essences) so it would keep the essence trade brisk. It would also increase the trade in said items, because a substantial number would still be lost to misses and inaccessible locations.
