Double Weapons Love

Since they recently got some love from barbarian changes, maybe we could yknow, push them a little further?
Increase the primary attack damage to 1.5:1 STR damage(instead of 1:1), and increase the secondary attacks to either 1.5:1 or 1:1(currently 0.5:1).
Some reasoning and possible concerns:
KATANA/KUKRI (etc) WMs still have the luxury of being able to switch back to a sword and shield approach.
Barbarian can't get a double-weapon and do that much more damage because they're giving up on a lot of AB and feats/classes to get double-wielding feats.
