Undead Update and Scrolls/Wands/Potions Suggestion

Update the "Undead Update" to make craftable scrolls/wands/potions read the level of the item.
As it is now, a rogue who buys a coveted "Create Greater Undead" scroll gets, well, a lessor undead.
