Gnomish adjustments

I would like to suggest that every portal that is Svirfneblin specific be made Gnome specific. Our Rock Gnome buddies are currently unable to enter the workshop ( I think this is a new development ) as well as use a few portals. I think at this stage in the Grotto there should be no mechanical distinction between Gnome sub races .
