Settlement Supply Chest

Can Sibayad please have a chest akin to those found in settlements around the isle?
It's a little strange harvesting plants, fruits, cotton, and the like - and then selling them to other areas.
Even if they just disappear into the aether, or are otherwise recorded somewhere we can't see, it would be nice to have somewhere for the labours involved. If a financial backing is required (to recompense for the donation/selling of supplies), we do have plenty of money in the Oasis Faction account!
If it's a settlement-only thing and as such a no-go, that's understandable too. I just remember something like it being down near Pit Town long ago, before Andunor was built.
