Skill Focuses

I read the discussions about exile and got these ideas for a couple of rogueish skills, decided to throw them here so they won't derail the discussions there.
Pick Pocket:
Skill focus: Ability to steal letters and notebooks, ability to steal legal documents from npcs such as Sgt. Reginalli and Registrar Richards.
Epic Skill Focus: Ability to steal quarter keys and keyrings.
Bluff:
Skill focus: Document Forging. Ability to sneak in support from exiled people to settlements in leadership competitions. Requires a legal document from a settlement npc. (see pick pocket)
Epic Focus: Ability to fake signatures provided they get their hands on a letter with a signature. And ability smuggle exiled people in towns. Fake signed letter coming handy when encountering a PC guard.
Perform:
Skill Focus: Ability to change hair color.
Epic Focus: Ability to change head model.

Search:
Skill focus: Ability to roll search against the forged letter (forger's bluff) for seeing if the document is false or real.
Epic Focus:
As I understood the citizenship list is no longer visible for city officials. But with epic search you'd be able to talk to npcs in town to receive three or four random names from each.
