Suggestion: Weapon Switch Penalty Modifcation

Add a check upon weapon switching when in combat to see if any enemies are within x yards - it doesn't make sense that a penalty is applied when no enemies are nearby (but combat music is still playing), or an enemy is approaching you at a sloth's pace from halfway across the map.
