Illusion DCs

I know that it's about to get a sweet buff at Epics, but could the old suggestion of Shadow Conjuration/GSC/Shades' DCs being tied to Illusion focuses (if higher) instead of the original schools be implimented? It was believed to have been, even by devs of yore, but never actually was.
