Since this is a Roleplaying site, and most people are already good about staying in character most of the time I think it would be nice to make 10RPR the new base. Then work everything from there.

If the GM's deem someone doing wrong they could always reduce the 10 to 0 and explain to the person why and that they will be watched to see if they improve.

Thoughts?

This is something I have considered, and indeed suggested before. Now I'm the 'boss' I could maybe put it to the rest of the team, but I also want to respect the decision made by the previous one.

I'll consider it, and maybe put it to the rest of the team to decide upon. It is one of those decisions I would probably defer to the DMs view, as they're really in the best position to judge on this issue.
