Zhentarim Spy Token

Not all Zhents from the mainland are Banites, infact the organization essentially is an evil version of the Harpers, that just happens to be controlled by the Leader of the Banite Church, Fzoul Chembryl.
Can we get A Zhentarim Spy token that functions similar to Harper pin, allowing Zhentarim spies also able to vote in any settlement without hold position for themselves.
This token also would require DM approval.

Maybe even modify it so there's a Harper PRC path specifically for Zhent spies to proxy as the Zhentarim Spy PRC Or maybe make an Assassin path for the proxy for the Zhentarim Spy PRC.
