Forums changes

While I absolutely love the new streamlined Suggestion Box, I'm begging you, please find a dumping ground for sub-par suggestions other than the General Discussion forum. It's a cluttered disaster and it's kind of killing my will to keep up with the forums. There really has to be a better place to stick all those topics.
