In Sibayad, we do not have any mechanical setup to accept tax money from shops. But shops still charge a basic ten percent tax on all sales. I notice this is the case in other non settlement shop areas like the Arcane Tower, Crow's Nest, and the Campsite. Is it possible that the tax rate for these shops can be lowered? It does give some incentive to own shops in far off areas. Just a thought, thanks.
