Expanding the Draconic Pantheon + Kurtulmak

The Draconic Pantheon of Arelith, currently, is limited to Tiamat and Bahamut, which are two of the arguably three most important draconic deities, in a not-much-larger pantheon that is truly amazing.
At the very least, I think that Io, papa of dragonhood, should be in the list.
Plus, Kurtulmak, while reported in the wiki as available, is not actually an option in the game, which is weird as Kurtulmak is the main, to-go deity of kobolds, while Gaknulak (LOL, is that one even canon?) is.
For reasons, the rest of the draconic pantheon, as far as I remember it, spans with:
Aasterinian, CN deity of invention.
Astilabor, TN deity of hoarding.
Chronepsis, TN deity of observation and judgement.
Falazure, NE deity of dracolichdom.
Garyx, CE deity of rage and destruction.
Hlal, CG deity of dracotrolling and storytelling.
Lendys, LN deity of justice.
Tamara, NG deity of benevolence.
