We have used that Twitter account in the past to communicate server downs, outages, etc. Since then, the servers have been updated, and rehauled a litle and we actually did not have severe outages since, minus one that lasted 14 hours thanks to a tree on powerlines, which we used Facebook to communicate about.
So... the Twitter account exists, but is in a dormant state right now. Maybe one day it'll metamorphose into something bigger and will be like a Lunar Moth after light... or something
