Hark: for placing the adventure and comrade above the loot gain (at least in character).

Carlos: for taking on adventure beyond your level and not whining when it goes badly (like ours did at the exit)

Maverick: for being an awesome companion on an adventure, the build and the character adds to the overall experience of a venture,
