Got Rope? -Castle/Keep Walls

Are you standing atop a castle wall that over looks a lower level? Do you need a quick exit? Do you have rope?
BAM! Tie that bad-boy off... and escape!
Suggestion:
Give 'rope' object minor teleport properties... Using "Rope" allows the descent off a high-level castle wall, to the ground. -this is a one-way trip... and if you fail a "use-rope" check of DC [something high] you lose the rope in the process. BUT... you escape the Castle! So suck it up! you've escaped!
Make this like a simple teleport property. And Yes it should be made to potentially trap you somewhere. (scaling walls are dangerous things... be smart, or die... literally.
-Eventually this could be tied to a new chat command " -jump" where you ALSO can 'descend' out of castles or high-level areas using a minor teleport property... only in -jump you take damage. (unless of course you have monk levels, in which case you can slow your fall (as a tribute to 1st edition Monk class)
Perhaps this could even evolve to 'use rope' skill check with lasso to 'cross' divides... where otherwise there is no bridge.
So, for example, in the Skull Craigs... you could use the Lasso to cross the gap between to ledges... fail the check and you fall through the gap... descending to the areas below.. and taking lots of falling damage... But don't worry, your mates can 'descend' using the rope command and collect your battered twisted mangled carcass. -Ain't nuthin a good Resurrect spell won't fix.
