Balanced Roads

This is a simple suggestion, and a logical one too, I think. On top of that, I believe it might improve the flow of travel throughout the island.
The idea:
In all areas where there is a road, an actual, visible road, make it so that when they are considered Balanced, no hostile creatures spawn (to the exception of the random creature script).
This would represent the fact that if there is a road, and it sees enough trafic for the balance to not be disrupted, it should also see enough trafic to keep most beasts (wolves, bears, etc), and monsters at bay. And by at bay, I mean at least one area away.
Let's take the Trader's Route as an example, the portion between Cordor and the Arcane Tower. With the high ammount of people going up and down this road, even dumb creatures like goblins would've learned by now to stick to the trees, to the Brambles, which are just one transition away.
This way, people who go out with the express purpose of killing goblins, can still find them easily enough, while those that just want to walk up and down the road..can do so.
On the other hand, perhaps areas with Roads would deteriorate faster than wild ones, since open roads are, indeed, invinting and tempting to both fauna and monsters intent on eating our livers.
