Half-orcs, Orogs, Gnolls

Remove the -2 Int penalty on Half-orcs, Orogs, and Gnolls please.
And the -2 Wis on Orogs.
This would encourage more people to play these (I personally think) under-played races. And the -2 Wis on orogs just doesn't make sense.
