As the title suggests - per certain amount of wins in the arena, acquire a 1,000 XP bonus. Let's go with, 1st, 5th, 15th, 30th, 60th, and on and on. For the more challenging enemies add a boost to their usual XP - instead of 25, 50, and for gladiators instead of 50, 100.

And a bragging rights token for the tier of amounts of fights you've won.
