Change to Transmutation foci

Hi could we get a slight change to GSF and ESF Transmutations foci?
GSF:Transmute - on top of the Golem animation, slightly increases in the effectiveness of polymorph spells (+2 to physical stats, +2 AC)
ESF:Transmutation
Additional increase to polymorph spells (+4 to AB, +4 saves - to compensate for gear loss, some minimal regen maybe?)
Caster of polymorph doesn't loose spell slots anymore - just summ the Intel bonus before transmute and apply it as soft bonus before transmute, cancelling polymorph disables the effect obviously
ESF:Transmute - Teleport
Allow to use -teleport command through console command (and IN COMBAT) to teleport to one designated safe-heaven location.
ESF:Transmute - Teleport Other
Allow to teleport designated playername if in party with the epic Transmuter, Only out of combat, and only when the other player agrees to the teleport in a pop-up text box (similiar to conjuration request)
