Right now, Gnolls get punted into the UD on initial spawn, when they're kind of in the never-never land between being a full UD race (they aren't exactly UD natives AFAIK, unlike say orogs, svirf, duergar, or drow) and a full surface race (as they're monstrous as all get out -- even a not-mean gnoll is still going to be weird and awkward). Wouldn't it make more sense for them to have an option (perhaps as a minor reward if need be) on creation to be initially spawned somewhere on the surface (perhaps Sibayad) instead of the UD?
