Myon Exiles Barred From Passing Temple of Silvanus

Myon Exiles Barred From Passing Temple of Silvanus

I suggest that being an Exile from Myon not 'just' barr your entrance to the city through the Mythal... as this -only- has an effect on elves/half-elves... and even then those of non-evil alignment.

If adding the area that contains the Mythal... the Temple of Silvanus... to the Exile, this allows for Myon to offer to their exile system a way that inconveniences the exile in the same way that all the other settlements inconvenience their exiles, by hampering movement through the territory.
