Diem and Lucas went on their final walk, ending at the boat in Cordor where it all begins. Lucas/Nyilan is gone with his Elf, off the island forever. (Normal reward, for those who are going to ask.)

I cannot possibly name all the people who made a big impact on the roleplay of this character. Seriously, there were so many. So I'll just go for my favorites.

Diem, Kiravias (And Nef,) and Phalmae. Genuinely, the characters who hit the very hardest and held in my memory for his roleplay to the very, very end. You guys, love y'all.

I know, short af list. But I thought about it and there's just far too many people to thank for my time on him, all the way from the most casual encounters with normal as can be characters to the Valsharess. From schemes to make someone really confused and perhaps leave some burning rothe dung on their porch to being involved in the Underdark's twisted politics, feeling like he really were in the Demonweb Pits. To his enemies, his allies, his story went in directions I never expected and it was great.

And a personal shoutout to DM Temerity who caused me to delay my plans to roll by like a week or two. You rock. It was a lot of fun.

This whole community is pretty great and all the people I would name on here, I'm sure you know who you are. Because it's pretty much every single person Ive interacted with on Nyilan/The Illusive Wanderer/Lucas Black.

And to all those who might wonder...two things. I had the fish from the very moment I got it all the way to when I rolled the character today. And the other.

And so, when all is said and done, Sharo was stood up for that drink. Just like always.

But, boy, what a ride. I only ever got in on the periphery of what Nyilan and his mad gang of miscreants were getting up to, but I enjoyed watching the chaos from a distance. Even if the most personal thing Sharo ever learned about Nyilan was the colour of his hair, it was always a joy to run into you. I hope that the four of you, elf, warlock, scrafdragon, and one ever-so-slightly mad mage find plenty more adventures waiting somewhere over the distant horizon.

I'll eagerly be awaiting whatever you come up with next.

So sad! Nyilan was a great character! Will be missed!

The little cooperation Shallan and Nyilan managed to build towards the end of his life was something I enjoyed a great deal, a fun bit of 'banding together to do a certain good.' You've managed to build a likeable character, and he'll be missed!

Goodbye, Buppi's other side of the coin! It was very awkward when they both understood they they were sort of the same in the sense that their actions were for the better of everyone but they lived in two separate worlds. One of the most entertaining warlocks I've been able to interact with, and I'll remember that scene in the spider's web forever!

I still remember the starting of this character.. I can't count how many times I have laughed my arse off because of you! I pray we get more elsewhere in your characters! It was fun, farewell.
