A Flameborn's Farewell

Hope someone enjoyed the lightshow above the seas of Cordor...
You can believe it was Diem trying to say 'farewell' the best way she could.
Today was the day to roll her. She's off on a new adventure with her warlock Lucas (Nyilan), and Nefiromus.
I'm just at a loss for words - thank you to everyone who made playing this flameborn so enjoyable. The truth is, not everyone is made for Arelith, I for one always doubted her place.
She explained it no better than to Brendon Aseph: "This Isle has nothing left to offer me - nothing that will not take too much of myself."
I've done a couple of long Kudos from Diem - so this one, I think I will keep brief.
The Family: Lucas (Nyilan), Kiravias, and Nefiromus... I loved the way these relationships developed and changed. They felt genuine. These three were everything to my flameborn, and they certainly managed to cause her plenty of trouble - which also allowed me to stay engaged. Without the people she loved most, she likely would have never stood for anything. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Mew: Angela Amana... Diem gained her first bit of direction because of this character, who would become the closest thing to a motherly-figure, Diem will ever know. Thank you for both the IG and OOC guidance - I would have been lost without you.
The 'Dream'-Catcher: Even with the time lost towards Diem's end, Brendon Aseph will go down as one of the characters closest to Diem's heart. He offered wisdom and kindness that she never experienced with any other character - and it effected her greatly. It would be wrong to have it go unsaid.
Her Puppet Master: ...Who selflessly cut her strings. Veldryn. I'm the most sorry for rolling before having a proper farewell with this character. It was just time. Thinking about it, this relationship was the most significant. She had so much to say, and I know plenty to still hear. I always thought they were sort of like dance partners, moving together and against one another... I'm genuinely a little upset the dance had to end.
Arcane Tower: I played Diem for a long time before she joined the Arcane Tower - and I was bored out of my skull. This faction and it's players catapulted my RP with Diem into a vast room of possibilities. Elise, you made it all happen. I'm bummed the way Diem and Elise ended. Diem felt greatly indebted to her.
...I'm going to forget people, but I said I would keep it brief. Thank you all. It was an absolute, unexpected pleasure.
