Removal of lighting

I think some of the random light sources around outdoor wilderness areas should be removed.
I don't feel it makes sense that a human could go through a cave with no torch and be able to easily see in 90% of it because there's random glowing light effects in various spots. It also removes a large use to Low-Light Vision which elves get, because when an elf stands in a light source, the areas laying far out turn dark(for me anyways) until they step back into the darkness from the light source.
Also, I do get that some add ambiance and I'm not saying they should all be removed.
