Forever and a Day

Wow, I was not expecting this today but Claire saw her chance and took it. Today the pair died at Sencliff after Claire spiked their wine. I didn't start this character expecting her to go from silly girl to scared slave to would-be-harper but it was a crazy ride and I loved it.
Kudos to:
Victorio: He is upsetting on so many levels. He is the kind of evil that exists rather than the storybook kind. And yet he can be the opposite so gracefully. I haven't seen a CE played this well in a long while. I was very privileged to get to shape so many plots with this wonderful character.
Amadeo: I feel like I get a medal for getting a measurable reaction out of Amadeo during Claire's secret meetings with him. He is wonderful and knows exactly what to say to stab people in their sensitive spots to enact real change in them. The opportunity to have him as Claire's handler and mentor was so much fun. I would never have expected her to go to Ilmater.
Borin: This is by far one of my all time favourite characters. I cannot say enough amazing things about Borin. He manages to cram all his personality and ideals into every interaction, regardless of how small, that it makes for the most colour character ever. He was single handedly the most influential person in the girl's life. Thank you for the beautiful story telling.
Rydia: Ah, cousin. I don't think you can play a Loviatarian without using Rydia as an example. She really encompasses the duality and problematic nature of the faith and creates a dynamic and rounded out character that is a joy to interact with. These two sort of just fell into each others way but without her...Claire would have found a way off those bluffs ages ago.
Vivian, Heinrich, Elenia, Tlesk, Shauna, Lodi - There is something very special about the Sencliff family. They all find ways to stick together even when they are so far apart in so many things. The many conflicts always made for a mad house but the togetherness always broke my heart a little. Such a sad bunch. It was lovely to be a part of it all.
Drift: Ah, I never would have guessed that that one chance meeting on the streets of Cordor would have caused all of this. I love this character to bits. He is so genuine and sad...its crushing. Even though they only really got to interact during special-secret-time, it was amazing and I always looked forward to it.
Gem, Airean, Glencour and Malak - Claire didn't get the chance to hang out repeatedly with very many people but these four made being a slave not so horrible. Whether they were helping one another, just trying to lighten the mood or out to stop the evils together...it was lovely and sad. Thank you for it.
Thank you to all the DMs that helped with this roller coaster of a story.
