Kudos to Zebranky (playing Corbin Veddell) for a fun lecture about divination at the Arcane Tower. People came and went, but overall it was interesting and fun.

It was great! Thanks again to Zebranky for taking Jacob's slot when I wasn't sure if I'd be able to have a proper lecture due to IRL. Thanks also to everyone who showed up.

It was great fun (esp. with all the chaos of the comings and goings) and I thought that Corbin kept the lecture from descending into chaos brilliantly. The discourse on truth was very interesting; certainly gave Perinauldo much to consider. I'm just sorry I crashed out at the end.

Hoping for more of the truth discussion when we do one on illusion!

Glad people liked it! I was wondering if anyone would catch that the discussion of truth was really a sneaky introduction to information theory and binary search. That was my original inspiration for the lecture -- I love the idea of teaching serious modern concepts in a fun, accessible way that makes IC sense.

Kudos back to JediZero for all of Jacob's lectures I've attended. Corbin and I picked up a lot of techniques for structuring a lecture and wrangling the inevitable chaos from those. Sounds like I have to come up with some more topics!

It's fun to talk about. I caught that, and was trying to steer it more toward metaphysics in philosophy. Conversations for another time!

I wish I hadn't crashed out! Going to have to get Perinauldo enrolled into the Tower and onto the lecture rota ASAP.
