Arcane Loremaster. Another path suggested for Wizards.

Another suggestion for Wizardry paths...
The Arcane Loremaster
Requirement:
- To be a wizard.
- To have 18+ INT during the creation of the wizard and before select the path.
Flaws:
- The Loremaster will lose -2 CON due his/her lack in phisics as Library mouses.
Features:
- Arcanelore Mastery: The Arcane Loremaster will win +1 to the following skills by each two wizard levels.
> Lore
> Spellcrafting
> Concentration
- Whisper of the Ancient Arcanus: The Loremasters win the double of their Base INT bonus additional spells.
INT 18-19: +2 (I), +2 (II), +2 (III), +2 (IV).
INT 20-21: +4 (I), +2 (II), +2 (III), +2 (IV), +2 (V)
INT 22-23: +4 (I), +4 (II), +2 (III), +2 (IV), +2 (V), +2 (VI)
INT 24-25: +4 (I), +4 (II), +4 (III), +2 (IV), +2 (V), +2 (VI), +2 (VII).
INT 26-27: +4 (I), +4 (II), +4 (III), +4 (IV), +2 (V), +2 (VI), +2 (VII), +2 (VIII)
INT 28-29: +6 (I), +4 (II), +4 (III), +4 (IV), +4 (V), +2 (VI), +2 (VII), +2 (VIII), +2 (IX)
