a Faithless Loss

I know, I know, I forgot to make a kudos thread when I rolled Turen.

The time was ripe, and his mind was gone. So I ended up rolling him.
Therefore, a kudos to all those that I ever interacted with whilst playing Turen.
Tried to keep this short. Also tried to remember as many as I could. If I forgot you, am sorry.
This isn't in any specific order.
  • Storm Harthglen - Incompetent Commander!
    • For the many times Storm would thwart his plans of infiltrating the Cordor Guard, and later for not exposing him within Wharftown, Guldorand and Burrowhome, where it would've meant trouble.
  • Jahzard - An acquaintance, if you will.
    • The many deals, and the many plans. Not to forget the plots. I could say many a thing about Jahzard, but it is best left to be figured out in game.
  • Memmorath Mer'sham - the Respectful Lord Commander.
    • For not arresting for necromancy, not instigating investigations about Wills immediately, and not exiling when there was sufficient evidence of deeds.
  • Pert Sigermane - Fellow in Philosophy.
    • The many talks held in towns, and at times, out of towns. The two had a long history, and even if they had conflict, it wouldn't hinder the relationship.
  • Torruk - the Greymonger.
    • An ally, and a friend. The history of the two go back to the very beginning, dating from their attempts to convert him to their religion, to after the church had, more or less, dissolved.
  • Elon - the Speaker.
    • Whilst Elon was already around at the time Turen met Torruk, they never truly met until much later into their life. From there, it was both uphill, and downhill.
  • Adoamros Craulnober - the Merchant.
    • a Mysterious fellow, whom has had many a times with him, mostly so in his later stages of life.
  • Zethariel D'vonte & Kalika - Fellows in Duty.
    • The two had plenty of duties and adventures with him, along with other things. Such as forgetting him on Rayne's Landing.
  • Minerva Tengille - Sea Mayor.
    • Possibly one of the Golden Ages of Wharftown, at least so, perceived by him as he profit from this period a plenty. Many a things to say, but let's keep it short.
  • Andriarna Dirtytoes - Badger Mayor.
    • Held Burrowhome for a long time, which allowed for him to gain profit and connections as he went through as militia, then guardsman, later as commander and eventually as a financier.
  • Hahuko - the Uniter.
    • the half-orc who couldn't Common. Wide an ambition, had many a times with Turen after their introduction.
  • Labriales - Mutual Understanding.
    • Chaos on the prime was necessary. The ways to achieve it were many. The ways it was achieved, were many.
  • Wharftown Waymen - We're the Wharftown Boys.
    • There of course, were other Wharftown Waymen at the "Golden Ages". Unfortunately I can't remember names. But for certain, each one was of good virtue.
  • Church of Ainostras - Salvation.
    • Solely at fault for making him doubt his reality and his religion. The collapse of the Church can be said to be both a curse and a gift.
  • Abyssal Citadel/Phantasmagoria - the Haven, and the Many.
    • Can't be forgetting the many people that were part of the Citadel, even if I forget your names. There were a lot of them, ranging from simple peasants to former mayors and other. Perhaps it is granted that each one of them was unique in their own way.

<3 Storm always wondered about Turen, his goals and the like, but she's just now gettng to where she would have spoken to him about them. That's a sad thing. She'll remember him though.
