Quick additional note: 100% (fluent) not getting translated in some cases. Not a big deal when a learned language to not catch something said, maybe random chance, but had 3 in a row that I didn't understand in a language I'm at 100% in.

I've been sitting at 56% in a language for two weeks now. Should still have one language before I cap. Even paying three tinker language tutors and hanging out around people soaking the language, say about two hours total game time, hasn't moved it a single percent over this time.

Lost a few shields in the old system and got this bug the other day and was very worried. Relogging does give you your shield back and nothing is actually lost. I guess it is working as designed but the shield on the ground and being unable to interact with one in inventory was scary.
