Language Progress - Not getting any?

Recently ran into a bug where my language progress isn't going forward. No idea why.

Any reason this might be happening?

Might be able to help you solve this:

How many languages are you 100% in?
What is your base intellect modifier?
Do you have Gift of Tongues?
What Class/Race/Alignment are you? (And have you switched alignment recently)

I've been sitting at 56% in a language for two weeks now. Should still have one language before I cap. Even paying three tinker language tutors and hanging out around people soaking the language, say about two hours total game time, hasn't moved it a single percent over this time.

I noticed a problem with this as well.

Languages at 100%: 2
Base Int: 25
Gift of Tongues: Yes
Class/Race/Alignment: Wizard/Human/LE

I can try to test it again today when I log in.

Quick additional note: 100% (fluent) not getting translated in some cases. Not a big deal when a learned language to not catch something said, maybe random chance, but had 3 in a row that I didn't understand in a language I'm at 100% in.

I had a similar issue once that was messed up when I switched from NE to LE as a BG and gained Infernal - it blocked my progress with other languages.

I think a DM will have to investigate in game then.

Just used a language tutor to go up the usual %, but not tested if just general chit chat nudges anything up yet.
